Memorial Day Recipe

Happy Memorial Day!!! What better way to celebrate the beginning of grilling season then with beer can chicken? Its beer, chicken and a grill! all the things summer is famous for. Actually I’m told you can use soda too but I’ve never tried, the alcohol cooks out and you don’t really taste the beer, it just adds moisture to the bird and helps the skin brown and crisp. You’ll want a small...

Everyone knows you have to exercise to stay in fit and healthy, but it doesn’t have to be a chore. Why not take something you love and make it a great way to stay active. One way to do this is by dancing.  Dancing really makes you work up a sweat and burn some serious calories, but it also relaxes and allows one to  really let loose and forget you’re even exercising. It’s also a great way to show your daughter(s), or any other special little lady in your life that you know how to cut loose, while encouraging them to get moving! This makes dancing a great way  for dads and...
